This week they started framing the downstairs of the addition and they did a lot of demo inside. I didn't take any pictures of the demo because its not much to look at. I really enjoy standing in the new room and imagining it. Vlad made it easy on the framers, the whole rear wall is glass.
Here is another shot of the framing going up.
Way in the back of this picture you can see one of the new beams that will (hopefully) hold the place up. Next week we'll get a few more beams and then they'll build the second story.
Lindsay and Seneca
studying for the bar. Lindsay is teaching Seneca the rule against
perpetuities. Bar is Tues/Wed this week.
